Meet the Chief Inspector: Elbert J. Allen

Elbert J. Allen is the Chief Inspector and co-founder of Building Inspectors of Ghana. He is an internationally certified property inspector with over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction assessment. Originally trained and certified in the United States, Elbert is known for his integrity, technical precision, and unwavering commitment to client protection.

As the only Internationally-certified home inspector operating full-time in Ghana, Elbert brings a unique level of professionalism and global perspective to local property inspections. His passion for building standards and construction education led him to co-develop Ghana's first third-party inspector training school, helping to raise the bar across the industry.

Elbert has conducted hundreds of inspections throughout Ghana and abroad, and his clients range from first-time homebuyers to major developers and financial institutions. He is also a sought-after speaker and trainer at real estate and construction forums.
